I’m Jeremy Higgins, Broker of Record and Co-Founder of True Haven Property Management. I was born and raised right here in Yolo County, and I’m proud to be a third-generation Realtor with over 20 years of experience in local real estate. After helping more than 500 clients buy and sell homes, I saw a major need in our community for property management that not only protects rental assets but also helps them grow in value over time.
Property management in California has become incredibly complex. Between federal, state, and local laws, it’s no wonder so many owners feel overwhelmed or uncertain. I started True Haven to take that burden off their shoulders. We help our clients navigate this maze with ease, delivering a full-service, stress-free experience that ensures properties are well-maintained, legally compliant, and profitable.
Our philosophy is simple: maximize cash flow, protect the asset, and make ownership as hands-off and enjoyable as possible. What sets us apart is our balanced approach—we’ve integrated smart technology to stay efficient and accurate, but never at the expense of personal service. I believe in concierge-level care that combines local expertise with strategic insight. Unlike many management firms, we conduct in-person property visits throughout the year, not just at turnover. We catch the small things before they become big problems.
I grew up in a property management family—my mother successfully ran her own company for over 40 years—and I carry that legacy of care and diligence into every home we manage. I’m also deeply engaged in our community as President of the Yolo Crisis Nursery, a board member of the Yolo Association of Realtors, and a long-time volunteer with organizations like Citizens Who Care for the Elderly and the local School Site Council.
Whether you’re a local homeowner or an out-of-town investor, our goal at True Haven is to provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing your property—and your tenants—are in excellent hands.

I’m Antonio Yepez, Co-Founder of True Haven Property Management. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate and hundreds of families served. With deep ties to our local community, I’m proud to bring both a personal and professional commitment to helping property owners protect and grow their investments.
I’ve lived in Yolo County for many years and have raised my family right here in the heart of Woodland. I’m fluent in Spanish, which allows me to serve a wider range of clients and tenants with clear, confident communication—something I believe is essential in property management. My approach is built on transparency, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to make life easier for property owners.
Throughout my career, I’ve served in several leadership roles, including as past President of the Yolo Association of Realtors and the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates. I was the founder and President of Yolo County YPN. I'm currently serving as the Woodlands Dinner on Main President, a local organization that brings our community together in creative, meaningful ways. These roles have given me a broader perspective on how to create lasting value for both owners and tenants.
